We try to reply to all emails within 24 hours Monday to Friday with the exception of US holidays.
We have a total of 5 members of staff who are trained in customer service so even during busy times you should expect a fast reply.
Your emails are sent to our ticket system which lists emails by the date they were last modified so please note that sending a follow-up email will move your ticket down to the end of the queue.
